Robert Fancher, Ph.D., is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and the founder of Life Therapy Counseling Services. He is the author of Health and Suffering in America and Pleasures of Small Motions.
Robert Fancher studied philosophy at Vanderbilt University and trained as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist at the Blanton-Peale Graduate Institute. He practiced psychotherapy in New York City for many years and now directs Life Therapy Counseling Services.
He is the author of Health and Suffering in America: The Context and Content of Mental Health Care and Pleasures of Small Motions: Mastering the Mental Game of Pocket Billiards.
